Steven Ross is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with more than 19 years of experience across New York City and South Florida. He began his career in 2006 as a property manager—just before the 2008 recession—giving him a front-row seat to market cycles and distressed opportunities. In 2012, Steven co-founded a retail rental and sales office and began acquiring distressed assets in Brooklyn’s gentrifying neighborhoods, including Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, and Crown Heights.
By 2020, following sweeping landlord regulations enacted in NYC in 2019, Steven strategically pivoted to South Florida. There, he has acquired and repositioned small multifamily properties, executed multiple fix-and-flip projects, and is now developing spec homes in coveted pockets near the Miami Design District. His portfolio spans projects from $500K to $5M+, each reflecting his signature blend of disciplined underwriting, design-forward execution, and long-term value creation.
Steven is known for seeing potential where others see problems—revitalizing neglected assets, elevating neighborhoods, and delivering homes that marry sophistication with functionality. He pairs keen market insight with hands-on involvement, ensuring every project meets the expectations of high-end buyers and discerning sellers alike.
Beyond transactions, Steven is committed to community development and fostering environments that thrive well after the deal is done. When he’s not scouting his next project, you’ll likely find him in the sauna or cold plunge, or out on the water fishing and boating.
